Ingredients
- Rice (boiled) 500 grams 
- Garlic 2 cloves 
- Spring onion (sliced) 3/4 cup 
- Green pepper (sliced) 1/2 cup 
- Cabbage (sliced) 1/2 cup 
- Carrot (sliced) 1/2 cup 
- Cottage cheese(cubed) 1/2 cup 
- Chicken (cubed) 100 grams 
- Salt to taste 
- Black pepper to taste 
- Soy sauce 2 - 3 tbsp 
- Oil as required
Method
-      First heat some oil in pan, add chopped garlic in it and saute it till light golden.
 
-      Add chicken and stir fry it till cooked through.
 
-      Now add cottage cheese and fry it till light golden.
 
-      After that add cabbage,green pepper and spring onions in it and stir fry for a few minutes.
 
-      Add in boiled rice and stir fry a minute.
 
-      Season with salt, black pepper and soy sauce to taste and stir fry a few minutes.
 
-      Serve it with hot steaming kebab and tomato mayo sauce.
